Triple Creek Ranch, established in 1991, is a beautiful 64-acre facility in Longmont, Colorado, at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. At Triple Creek Ranch, you and your horse are important to us! We are a family-friendly community that enjoys the world of horse’s whether you are showing, just learning or pleasure riding.

Lynn McChesney
Owner/Operator
Lynn McChesney comes from a family of lifelong, passionate equestrians and established TCR in 1991. Lynn has a lifetime of experience with incredible mentors, and has created an incredible equestrian community for youths and adults. Lynn has three sons and two grandsons and her youngest son, Zack McChesney, is her right hand at TCR. Lynn’s greatest joy is sharing her love of horses and her incredible wealth of experience with anybody who wants to learn.

Rebecca Caulfield
Head Trainer/Advanced Instructor
Rebecca Caulfield is a lifelong, passionate horsewoman, trainer and coach. She has been riding and competing for over 25 years and successfully eventing for well over a decade. Rebecca takes pride in supporting riders to reach both their competitive goals and find the fun, joy and love with their horses. Rebecca has experience through the FEI levels of eventing and 3rd level dressage.
Rebecca is the Head Trainer at Triple Creek Ranch. A lifelong believer in education, Rebecca has degrees in Equine Science, Business, Psychology and Counseling. Rebecca is certified by many nationally recognized programs including CHA, CSU Riding Instructor Training and the USEA Eventing Coaches Program (pending).
Rebecca competes actively alongside her students, pursuing a lifelong journey of improving her riding and management of competitive horses. She is dedicated to continuing education and regularly clinicing and lessoning with respected riders of numerous disciplines. She is also very dedicated to supporting the sport of eventing, she volunteers on the Area IX Council and is the Adult Rider Coordinator for the Area.
Outside of horses Becca enjoys spending time with her herding dogs, enjoying a cocktail, live music, reading, gardening, and enjoying time with friends- but most often you will see her at the barn.

Danielle Olson
Assistant Trainer/Intermediate Instructor
Danielle has been riding horses since she was only 3 years old, and has tried many different styles of riding. While she completed a BS in Neuroscience at CSU, she has decided to pursue her lifelong passion of horses as her career in the meantime. She is also currently working on getting her EMT license. Danielle is actively producing her OTTB named ‘Chauncey’, and primarily competes in the sport of eventing. Her goals include competing at the FEI level, earning her bronze medal, and getting ECP certified.
Danielle’s goal for her students is to build and enjoy the relationship with each horse, and to always walk away with a sense of accomplishment after every ride. Her main philosophy is that with positive attitudes and trust in the process, all horses and riders can be successful.

Jen Lewis
Intermediate Instructor
With over four decades of experience, Jen has proudly owned and managed Rivendell Ranch alongside my husband, Neil. As a Licensed Official accredited by the United States Equestrian Federation, Jen have held her “r” judge’s card in Equitation and Hunters for the past 20 years, adjudicating competitions across the United States. Her equestrian journey began in Chester County, Pennsylvania, where she honed her skills riding and fox-hunting during her childhood.
Currently, she is deeply involved in the equestrian community, serving on the board of directors for the Colorado Hunter Jumper Association. Within this capacity, she co-chairs the Officials Committee and contribute to both the Show Standards and Rules Committees. Additionally, she play an active role on the Zone 8 Committee for the United States Hunter Jumper Association, overseeing affairs in Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, and Utah.
Jen’s passion lies in promoting safety and enjoyment in horsemanship. She firmly believes in establishing a solid foundation for riders in any discipline they pursue. Drawing from her own experiences, including successful competition in "A" circuit Equitation and Medal classes during her youth, she emphasizes the importance of classical riding principles. Her ultimate aim is to equip riders with the necessary skills and knowledge to navigate their equestrian journey safely and confidently.
Having known Lynn for over three decades, Jen has witnessed firsthand the exceptional environment she has cultivated at Triple Creek Ranch for young riders to learn and grow. She is delighted to contribute to the Triple Creek Ranch family and be part of its continued success.

Kate Flemming
Saturday Beginner Instructor
Kate Flemming brings to us a wealth of experience from the AQHA, APHA, and 4H worlds. She has degrees in Equine Science and Business and specializes in bringing along our intermediate riders during the week. Her passion is developing riders to achieve confidence, harmony, and balance with their horse. Kate is an excellent addition to our coaching staff at TCR and brings clear communication and smile to our program.

Madison Ritsch
Substitute Beginner/Intermediate Instructor
Madison is an aerospace engineering graduate student at CU Boulder. Madison has been riding since she was 10 years old and has been an active member of the United States Pony Club since she was 13. Madison has her C-2 and H-B USPC certifications an active competitor in the eventing and jumper rings. Madison’s heart horse is Penelope, a 14 hand Welsh black pony, that’s an absolute ball of energy. Madison loves helping students develop confidence, trust, and respect in their relationship with their horse while teaching them the fundamentals of both riding and horse management. She believes self-awareness is key to developing a horse and rider that work in harmony and strive to develop equestrians that care for their partners both in and out of the saddle.

Lauren Wright
Camp Administration
Lauren’s journey with horses began at the age of 7 on the east coast. However, at 18, she temporarily set aside her passion to focus on education, career, and starting a family. Following a hiatus spanning two decades, Lauren reignited her passion for the equestrian world, introducing her daughter to its wonders as well. Both now actively engage in the riding program offered at Triple Creek Ranch.
Driven by her longing to integrate horses into her daily life, Lauren transitioned into an administrative role at TCR. Leveraging her understanding of horses, her nurturing approach with children, and her impeccable organizational skills, Lauren assumed the role of Summer and Mini Camp Director at TCR.

Zack McChesney
Facilities Manager
Zack McChesney is tasked with the huge job maintaining TCR’s high standards around the barn and property. Zack, as Lynn’s son, has been raised at Triple Creek Ranch since he was 2 years old and he has always known that this was his forever home and his career. He has a deep love of the land surrounding our barns, the horses he cares for and all the details and hard heavy work that goes into keeping it all running.

Cesar M Rascon
Daily Care of Horses
Cesar brings to TCR a lifetime of experience caring for horses. He has worked for some of the area’s largest facilities and his background includes foaling, vet care and nutrition. He provides the Monday-Friday care for our boarding horses and lesson horses as well as the daily care of the facility. With his cheerful disposition we know that Cesar is absolutely the best in the business. Cesar lives in Longmont with her wife, two daughters and son.

Claudia Kean
Barn Support
Claudia has been riding most of her life, starting in the early ‘60s in the forests and trails of northern Virginia and has ridden horses across the world and competed in eventing and dressage. After raising a family, enjoying a career in middle school education, and founding an educational student travel non-profit company, Claudia is back in the horse world thanks to Triple Creek Ranch and her beloved partner “BB” Claudia is part of the Barn Management team, and is so happy to be part of this wonderful community!

Holly Anderson
Horse Care/Barn Support
Holly has been an important part of TCR since it’s doors opened in 1991 and has worked in just about every area of the barn over the years. She is experienced with vet care, feeding, emergency care for the horses, as well as facility maintenance. Holly owns Jazzy and Annie in the pasture and loves riding on the trail. She also enjoys a full time career in real estate.
